New! Listing Shareables
Our marketing kits are now available in Shareable format! We’ve taken the most important information from each listing and condensed it into a Shareable image perfect for marketing your listing on social media.
With Just Listed, Open House, Under Contract, and Recently Sold options (plus even more templates automatically available for paired agents), the possibilities for sharing are endless!
We’ve made it easy for you to create Shareable images from your active listings — simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Choose My Listings from the Shareables dropdown menu under the Shareables tab.
(Alternatively, click on the My Listings category from within the Shareables Library.)
Step 2: Next, select your active listing.
Step 3: Select a template. We’ve got three templates with four themes each (Just Listed, Open House, Under Contract, Recently Sold.) Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll crank out the image for you in seconds.
Prefer to use different photos? Just scroll down to the photos and click Change next to the image you want to replace. Then choose the photo you prefer from your MLS photo gallery. There! That’s better!
Love it? Post it to social media in just a few clicks, just like a Shareable, and voila — you’ve just shared your first Listing Shareable!
Oh, and if you’re paired with a loan officer, you can add your branding to the Shareable just like always.
Paired Agent Exclusive
If you’re paired with a loan officer on ListReports, you also have automatic access to four, exclusive new Shareable templates under My Listings.
These templates combine your listing information with our award-winning area infographics.
So if you want to highlight a home’s proximity to great outdoor activities, or the quality of schools in the neighborhood, you can select the template that best showcases the area — or even share multiple at a time to showcase different photos and neighborhood features!
As with the other Shareables under My Listings, it’s very easy to change the photos to the ones you want. Just scroll down and click on Change.
Pro tip: Especially on visual platforms like Instagram, you can simply change the photo for each template and share them all in one post to showcase all the best features of your listing. We recommend coordinating the photos to match the information, such as showing off the backyard on the outdoors activities template, a child’s bedroom or playroom on the schools template, or pairing a photo of the kitchen with the restaurant template.
